Book meeting rooms, workspaces, and view information about the cafeteria, gym, and more directly in the app. The app can become your mobile intranet, always accessible for your employees via their phones.

myBLDNG.App is customized for your company and integrates with M365 and your existing business systems. The app contributes to a more flexible and efficient workday at the office, with shortcuts set up to meet employees' specific needs. Colors, fonts, and design are tailored to each customer to provide a cohesive experience for the user.

Navigation in all types of rooms

Employees can navigate rooms, and all collected data can be displayed to the user. Here is an example with a floor in a building; the user can zoom in and book. Favorite locations are highlighted in blue for quick booking.

When the solution is integrated with the M365 calendar, users can reserve, cancel, and invite people to meetings directly in the app. Users can see if a meeting room is booked by others or if it is available, and for how long it may be available. The solution can also be used for rooms without sensors. In rooms with sensors, it will show whether someone is in the meeting room or not, regardless of whether it is reserved or available in the M365 calendar

Additional Features

Outside meeting rooms, a QR code can be set up for users to scan with the app, taking them directly to the meeting room information linked to M365. This will display information about the meeting room, and there is an option to book the room if it is available.
