In the Workplace Analytics reporting module, you get an aggregated and detailed overview of your office spaces, including utilization of meeting rooms and work zones. You can view detailed usage reports for the entire building or down to floor, zone, and room level if desired. This is valuable insight that helps you optimize your space usage.
The utilization reports allow you to analyze usage trends for your spaces, where you can, for example, identify the days with the most or fewest people or get detailed information on how many are actually using the gym. You will gain insights into the utilization rates of work zones and meeting rooms, providing you with valuable information to make fact-based decisions. You can export the reports to PNG or CSV format yourself, or we can set up a regular real-time export of the data to your business system
Heatmap visualization of meeting rooms, quiet rooms, or multi-purpose rooms gives you an overview of the utilization of these resources throughout the workday. You have specific views to see the busiest or most peaceful days. In rooms with people counting sensors, you will also get the number of people in a room, and in rooms with indoor climate sensors, the maximum and minimum values are displayed, with the option to drill down for insights into the values by hour, day, week, or month
