The following terms and conditions described below govern the supply of Software, Products and Services from BLDNG to a Customer and/or Partner. The Agreement is entered into by i) Customer/partner sending a Purchase Order referencing the agreement, or ii) .
BLDNGs direct competitors are prohibited from accessing the software, unless BLDNG has given a written consent. BLDNG and Customer/partner are in the Agreement referred to as a “Party” and jointly as the “Parties”.
